AFC Cup 2015 Playoff FK Ahal vs Dordoi Bishkek

 

After winning the Turkmenistan Cup last year now Ahal have the big responsability to represent Turkmenistan in a good way in their 1st participation in an AFC Competition, they dream to reach the group stage but they must play vs a team who have a lot of experience in the Asian scene having won the AFC President`s Cup 2 times who is Kyrgyz powerhouse Dordoi that returns to an AFC competition after winning the Kyrgyz League, last time they featured in an AFC competition was in the 2013 AFC President`s Cup where they were eliminated in the final round group stage, now this time they want to follow the staps of Alay Osh and reach the group stage. Sergey Dvoryankov is no longer at the team and the person who camein his replacent was Zavisa Mirosavljevic from Serbia, Former captain Ruslan Sydykov is no longer at Dordoi after he retired from international football last year, Pakistani players Kallem ullah and Muhammad Adil are 2 key players in which Dordoi arehopeful to reach the group stage. they also count with experienced players like Vadim Kharchenko, Daniel Tagoe, David Tetteh and Azamat Baimatov and also with veteran goalkeeper Vladislav Volkov, new players have arrived to the team like Stanceski Perica from Serbia and Previato from Brazil.
Ahal counts with 2013 AFC President`s Cup champion and Turkmenistan national team goalkeeper Nikita Gorbunov, defenders Myrat Hamrayev, Mekan Saparov, midfielder Alibek Abdurakhmanov and forward Mamedali Karadanov andalso experienced player Suleiman Orazov.
The winner of this match will play vs Fanja of Oman next February 17.
